Automatic Decline: 由于以下原因，申请人将被自动拒绝:任何申请人因某种原因被前任房东驱逐, Falsification of application, Invalid Social Security number, 尚未完全完成或无法核实的申请. Additionally, 经理保留自动拒绝所有不完整和无法核实的申请的权利.
Rental Acceptance: 准租客在“现状”条件下接受租金. 对租金的变更要求必须以书面形式与申请一起提交. 申请人必须在接受申请后24小时内提交保证金和签署的租约，否则管理人可自行决定取消或撤销租赁要约.
Lease Guarantor: 担保人将被考虑为申请人谁是完全拒绝基于收入或缺乏建立信用记录. 担保人不考虑未能满足租赁历史的申请人, credit, or criminal background qualifications. Only one Guarantor per house is permissible. Guarantors may be relatives or an employer; friends may not serve as a Guarantor. The Guarantor must submit an application, 支付申请费并提供所有必要的证明文件.
